Types of Services

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy (PT) may be prescribed for you if you have difficulty moving around due to illness, injury, or surgery. PT supports you based on your goals and needs. Our licensed physical therapists will deliver safe and convenient care in your home. They will work with you and your care team to develop a plan focused on your condition and needs. Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) helps you recover or become more independent in your home. Whether you’ve had an injury, or illness, or have difficulty completing everyday tasks due to age, OT can help you manage daily activities without risk of injury. Your licensed therapist will help you with adaptive tools or specialized activities to:

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy can help patients that are having trouble swallowing, processing information, or communicating due to acute or chronic illness, injury, or changes in the vocal cords and muscles that often come with age.
