Who Qualifies?
To receive IDD Targeted Case Management in Kansas, individuals must:
- Be a Kansas resident.
- Have a diagnosed intellectual or developmental disability that meets the state criteria.
- Be determined eligible for services through their local Community Developmental Disability Organization (CDDO) — such as Wyandotte County CDDO.
- Be receiving, or be eligible to receive, Medicaid services.
